God Knows my Frustration

God Knows my Frustration

I am here to bring out the real truth: I get frustrated with God. Sometimes it feels like nothing will change. Perhaps in your frustration, you find it hard to believe God is listening to your story, too. There really are times when no matter how hard we try, we still come up short. Its at these very moments that God wants us to muster up and apply patience while we wait on Him. He wants us to seek him first. Not try to reach out to a handful of close friends to commiserate and find out answers. He wants us to rely on him, trust Him, be hopeful in the answers he will bring to us, when it's time. He sees our impatience and he says, "Are you done yet? I'll wait..." He lets us have our temper tantrum, our toddler fit, our wrestling with questions, our deciding to take things into our own hands and finally, our exhausted selves to turn to Him. Here is what the bible says about all of it in Psalm 61:5-8. Turn your frustration into victory. Have the hard conversation with God and let Him provide for what you truly need.

“Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my hope is in Him. He alone is my rock and my Salvation, my fortress where I will not be shaken. My victory and honor come from God alone. He is my refuge, a rock where no enemy can reach me. O my people, trust in Him at all times. Pour out your heart to Him, for God is our refuge.”--Psalm 62:5-8
We are better together.
Have a blessed day, Kimala
