God Joined This Marriage

I consider my marriage special. The binding of a commitment under the eyes and approval of God is what we were after that sunny day standing outside in front of many witnesses, declaring our love for one another through our marital vows. What does the bible say about the marital commitment made with God's authority? Let no one separate this union.
The definition of joined in marriage: to yoke together, to combine, conjoin, unite as man and wife. I turned to the scholar commentaries for better explanation. Matthew Henry put it best when he said: "God himself joined man and wife together; he has fitted them to be comforts and helps for each other. The bond which God has tied, is not to be lightly untied. Let those who are for putting away their wives consider what would become of themselves, if God should deal with them in like manner."
Treat the union of your marriage as a contract that has the highest seal of authority, stamped with the ultimate approval that our Lord God Almighty has granted you, from the very day you joined together in matrimony in the presence of your witnesses. God will forever reign as the authority over the two of you, the rest of your days on Earth, till death do you part.

Exceeding Love We cannot comprehend it. This kind of unconditional love. The outpouring from a Savior who would give anything for us--longing to have relationship with you and I. No man or woman walking this Earth can compare or even come close to loving you the way that Jesus does. No one. Today, dig deep inside to fill the hurt, anger, pain, upset, anxiousness, worry or disappointment with the One True God. His love is exceeding--His love is healing.
