The New Has Come

The New Has Come

I love new things. I love the brand spanking newness of the way things feel and look like whenever I am able to have it in my possession. Unblemished, untarnished, not creased or folded or worn away. I think I must take after my Father's eye for He wants us to become brand new as well. God tells us in the bible that if anyone is in Christ, he will be a new creation. All of the old tarnished, blemish, worn away parts of us will be renewed through Him. I love that! A chance to start again, but with huge perks!

A fresh beginning awaits. Accepting Christ comes with great benefits! It's the best decision you will ever make.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. --2 Cor 5:17


PRAYER

Lord, thank you for your incredible love for us. The kind of love that allows your son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins, in order that we will be made new through Him. Thank you for this overwhelming, undeserving gift. Truly, to be made new in Christ in order that the old life will be tossed out and the new life will be breathed again through Jesus's sacrifice. Let me stand in this new being for I am your child and I will follow Jesus the rest of my days. In your mighty name we pray, Amen.

Exceeding Love We cannot comprehend it. This kind of unconditional love. The outpouring from a Savior who would give anything for us--longing to have relationship with you and I. No man or woman walking this Earth can compare or even come close to loving you the way that Jesus does. No one. Today, dig deep inside to fill the hurt, anger, pain, upset, anxiousness, worry or disappointment with the One True God. His love is exceeding--His love is healing.
